Objective: The chef/student will see a physical and taste change when incorporate ingredients together. The chef/student will demonstrate knowledge when preparing food dishes.

Materials Needed: Computer and a program to produce a great flier.

Cost: Can be free, unless there is a decision to use prizes. However, can use donated prizes.

Extension Agent's Final Thoughts on Resource:

"I really like this resource because it enabled the kids to get off the computer and go to the kitchen. Since the High Schools dropped the Home Economics class this is a great source for youth to find their way in the kitchen and to be creative with their food."
